Economical single- and two-loop FIBCs for agriculture and minerals.
FIBC Bulk Bag Single- and two-loop FIBCs, predominantly used in agriculture but equally at home carrying powders and minerals, with safe working loads from 500 kg to 1500 kg.
Single- and two-loop FIBCs carry safe working loads from 500 kg to 1500 kg, with 5:1 or 6:1 safety factors for hazardous products such as ammonium nitrate. They comply with the relevant European and UN dangerous-goods testing requirements, and an inner liner can be incorporated for moisture protection.
Generally made from tubular / circular polypropylene fabric, they are less complex and more economical than four-loop FIBCs, widely accepted as the most cost-effective packaging on a cost-to-weight basis. The body fabric itself forms the lifting loop, giving higher breaking strength and easier lifting.
Single or two loop
Two-loop bags are used when greater access is needed while filling. Once filled to the safe working load, the two loops are tied together and lifted as a single-loop FIBC. Two-loop bags commonly incorporate filling and discharge tubes; a discharge spout is usually applied to a flat-base design.
Base designs vary by application: a flat square base, a star base, or a round base.
